Brick, Paver & Block Machines

Fly Ash Brick & Paver Block Pallets

Production pallets for fly ash brick, paver block and concrete block machines, in plastic, reinforced and hardwood constructions, made to your machine size.

Pallets carry wet bricks and blocks from the press to curing, and they take vibration, compaction and water on every cycle. A pallet that bends or cracks breaks bricks and stops the line, so the right construction depends on your machine's load and how hard it runs.

All pallets are made to your machine's pallet size. Share the size and thickness you use and we'll match it.

Buyer's Guide

How to choose a brick machine pallet

  • Match the machine: pallet length, width and thickness must suit your machine's pallet guide and feeder.
  • Heavy compaction needs reinforcement: steel or metal reinforced pallets resist bending under wet concrete loads.
  • Water and curing: plastic pallets do not absorb water, so they don't swell, rot or warp during curing.
  • Compare cost per year of service, not the purchase price alone.

FAQ

Brick & Paver Pallets: frequently asked questions

Which pallet is best for a fly ash brick machine?
For most automatic plants, solid plastic or steel reinforced plastic pallets give the longest life because they are waterproof and resist bending. Wooden pallets suit plants that already run them and want a like-for-like replacement.
Can you make pallets to my machine size?
Yes. All our pallets are made to your machine's pallet size. Share the length, width and thickness, or your machine model, in the quote form.
How long do plastic brick pallets last?
Service life depends on the construction and operating conditions. Our product pages list approximately 5–6 years for metal reinforced, 7–8 years for steel reinforced and 5–10 years for solid plastic pallets.
Why do brick pallets bend or crack?
Usually because the pallet is too thin or not reinforced enough for the machine's compaction load, or because wooden pallets absorb water. Read our guide on pallet bending and cracking.
